Montefiore at Home, our home healthcare services – physical, occupational and speech therapies, skilled nursing, social work and personal care services – offer excellent care in the comfort of a patient’s home.
As part of our continuum of care, assisted living that is just like home, only better, is available at The Weils in Chagrin Falls, along with rehabilitation therapy and assisted living memory care.

The Weils – A Montefiore Senior Living Community
The Weils is Montefiore’s active senior living community with 75 spacious one- and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens, washer/dryer, 24-hour staffing, three chef prepared meals a day and scheduled transportation located in Chagrin Falls.
