Montefiore History
Founded in 1882, Montefiore a rich legacy of excellence and personalized care that includes promoting wellness, treating illness and maintaining the highest possible quality of life for Greater Cleveland’s aging Jewish and general community. A nonprofit organization, Montefiore provides healthcare services from its Beachwood facility and provides home care and hospice services throughout the community. Montefiore’s Beachwood campus offers a full range of healthcare services including long-term and post-hospital care, home health care, dementia special care, palliative and hospice services. Montefiore is well-known for its extensive homecare including private duty and wellness programs and in-home compassionate care.
The Weils – A Montefiore Senior Living Community
The Weils is an active senior living community in Chagrin Falls and an esteemed addition to Montefiore’s continuum of care and is open to all faiths.
The Weils offers:
