Montefiore provides a comprehensive system of support services related to healthcare needs of seniors in the Jewish and general community of Greater Cleveland. We are dedicated to a standard of excellence and personalized care so that people may continue to live their lives with dignity and security, and as independently as they are able.

We offer individualized levels of care depending on the health and medical needs of our residents and patients. Our newly renovated facilities in Beachwood, Ohio, offer state-of-the-art post-hospital rehab care and skilled nursing, long-term care, dementia care and palliative and hospice services.

Montefiore at Home, our home healthcare services – physical, occupational and speech therapies, skilled nursing, social work and personal care services – offer excellent care in the comfort of a patient’s home.

As part of our continuum of care, assisted living that is just like home, only better is available at The Weils in Chagrin Falls, along with rehab therapy and memory-care.

The Weils is Montefiore’s active senior living community with 67 spacious one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens, washer/dryer, 24-hour staffing, three chef prepared meals a day and scheduled transportation located in Chagrin Falls.
