At the Community Wheelchair Clinic at Montefiore, experienced therapists and Health Aid
of Ohio, a nationally recognized Cleveland-area provider of medical equipment for homes and facilities, will provide:

• evaluation
• service
• fitting assessments
• and more for anyone with mobility needs.

It’s the only wheelchair clinic on the east side – no more appointments downtown!
