We offer both residential and community programs with the goal of providing a continuum of care. In-Patient Services:
Long Term Care Montefiore offers five different units based on the level of resident care needs.

Short Term Care After a surgery, injury or illness, Montefiore's Short Term Care unit provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, as well as professional nursing care and medical monitoring.

NCJW/Montefiore Hospice inpatient unit Specialized end-of-life care focusing on the medical, psychological and spiritual needs of patients and their families in a comfortable home-like setting.

Dementia Special Unit
Montefiore's Dementia Special Care Unit is designed for individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related illnesses.

Community Services
Montefiore's community services include NCJW / Montefiore Hospice Program, Montefiore Medical Certified Home Health Services, and Home Health Private Duty Program

Senior Living Community
The grand opening for The Weils of Bainbridge was held on May 19. The Weils is Montefiore’s deluxe senior living community facility with 75 luxurious one and two bedroom suites on 46 Swooded acres in Geauga County.
