Long Term Care

Montefiore provides individualized levels of care, in a safe and secure home-like setting, according to resident needs. Services include specialized nursing care and therapies for those who are physically challenged or have Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders.

Our inpatient hospice unit provides care and compassion to the terminally ill, their caregivers, families and loved ones.
