RN Hospice Nurse Case Manager
Part/Full Time
To work with our interdisciplinary team providing hospice care to patients and their families in the community and in our facility.
At least one year of experience in hospital, home care or hospice nusring required.
$7,500 Sign on Bonus -
For full-time charge nurse positions
Must be an Ohio licensed nurse

Physical Therapists
Full Time, Part Time and PRN positions available
$10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time

Physical Therapist Assistant
Part Time every other weekend

Nursing Assistant Training Program
2007 Classes Begin: March 12, April 23, June 4, July 16, August 27, October 8, and November 12
Free/Unpaid Training Classes
3.5 weeks long, 8:30-5pm, M-F
*Must have high school diploma or GED
