Montefiore's Dementia Special Care Unit is designed for individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related illnesses. This is a secured unit that promotes a calming psycho-social environment including Reiki, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, music and art therapy and specially trained staff.
