Montefiore History
Founded in 1882, Montefiore boasts a 130 year legacy of excellence and personalized care that includes promoting wellness, treating illness and maintaining the highest possible quality of life for Greater Cleveland’s aging Jewish and general community.
A nonprofit organization, Montefiore provides healthcare services from its Beachwood facility and provides home care and hospice services throughout the community. Montefiore’s Beachwood campus offers a full range of healthcare services including long-term and post-hospital care, home health care, dementia special care, palliative and hospice services.
Montefiore is well-known for its extensive homecare including private duty and wellness programs and in-home compassionate care.
